1. Service Agreement: All work will be performed as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate. Any changes or additional work requested may result in a revised estimate and timeline.

2. Payment Terms: A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our services. This covers workmanship and materials used for a specified period. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects not addressed in the initial estimate. Any issues discovered during the work process will be communicated, and additional repairs may be recommended.

5. Completion Time: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

6. Liability: We take utmost care in handling your vehicle, but we are not liable for loss or damage due to fire, theft, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our control.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within a specified period before the work start date. Deposits may be forfeited if the cancellation is made after this period.

8. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and disclosing any relevant details about their vehicle. Failure to do so may impact the quality and outcome of our work.

9. Use of Images: We reserve the right to use images of completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
